Yesterday, the KCC Gang competed in our most highly anticipated event of the year – the annual KCC Easter Egg Hunt! Bobby and I hid 50 treat-filled Easter eggs plus 1 Grand Prize egg around our living room. Then we let the cats out, and the hunt began!
I didn’t catch any video footage to compile into a summary clip this year because we did a Facebook live broadcast of the hunt instead. If you missed it, you can still catch it here:
We had a great time, as always. It was definitely a lot different without Caster though. Having the close competition between he and Sampson was always fun. Everyone did well though, including Gryphon! His kitten attention span isn’t very long, so he was easily distracted. He did find several eggs though!

As you can see, Sampson won by a landslide. We are hoping that Gryphon will be a more formidable opponent next year though. We’ll just have to wait and see…

Sampson was busy! When I saw the e-mail come through with the results … I had to come right over to see who won. We think Gryphon will give Sampson a run for his money next year.
