An Easter Basket No More…

April 1, 2016 17 Comments

Apparently Sophie wasn’t the only one who enjoyed our Easter Basket…

I suppose the Easter Basket is now just another pet bed…

We had a couple of comments on our Easter post asking how I got Sophie to pose in the Easter basket the way she did. Honestly, I just put her in the basket and then added the plastic eggs around her. She is so easy going, she usually just does whatever I want her to do.

We also had someone ask about what was in the Grand Prize egg for our Easter Egg Hunt. Each egg had a treat in it, but the Grand Prize Egg had 5 treats in it and was hidden extra good! Caster was the one who found it this year.

It is a cat (small dog) bed size!

Easter baskets are up for grabs by anyone who wants to nap there once the holiday is over.

Only five treats in the Grand Prize Egg. We think you could have at least put a nippy mouse in it. It does look as if that basket is now a permanent, year-round feature in your house. Astrid sends Sampy a kiss for every catnip mouse ever created and her undying love. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Kitties in a basket! I love how kitties can find a use for any box or basket. 😉 Our Thunder Cat used to like to curl up in one of our baskets we kept on the dining table, even though he was a little too big for it.
